Pack Your Items
Place the original items with all tags attached back into their biodegradable packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your returned items at our warehouse, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
